How Our Services Work
After purchasing a service, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. One of our team members will contact you via your preferred method of communication (email or phone) to gather the information needed to complete your service.
Most services are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity of the service. Some services may take longer, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
If for any reason we are unable to complete the service, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
By purchasing a service, you agree to provide the necessary information required to complete the service. This may include the sharing of sensitive information such as business credentials or identification. All information is kept confidential and used solely to perform the service requested. We do not share or sell your data.
If we are unable to complete the service due to lack of cooperation, failure to respond, or incomplete information provided by the customer, the service will be canceled and refunded minus a 15% late cancellation fee.
